The Center City Office is located in the Betty Hagel Memorial Civic Center PO Box 76, 312 N Lincoln Ave, Center, ND 58530.
Driving Directions: From Hwy 25, turn north on Hwy 48. We are the last brick building on the right as you head out of town.
Planning & Zoning
The zoning regulations in Center aim to promote the health, safety, and well-being of residents by guiding land use and city development. These rules are designed to:
- Reduce street congestion.
- Enhance safety from fire, emergencies, and hazards.
- Support health and welfare in the community.
- Ensure ample light and clean air.
- Prevent overcrowding and overuse of land.
- Control population density.
- Provide essential public services, like transportation, water, sewage, schools, and parks.
