The City Council shall meet regularly at the Betty Hagel Memorial Civic Center on the first Monday of each month. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the meeting shall be at 7:00 p.m. Central Time and from Labor Day to Memorial Day, the meeting shall be at 6:00 p.m. Central Time, unless some other time and place shall be specifically fixed by the Council. The Council shall meet in addition thereto, as often as required by NDCC Section 40-08-10.
